About Us

The National e-Crime Prevention Centre is a multi-agency collabarative project with the School of Computing and IT at the University of Wolverhampton and West Midlands Police as lead partners.

The NeCPC is currently a virtual organisation and a national centre is to be developed in Wolverhampton, at the University of Wolverhampton's School of Computing and IT's Technology Centre (pictured below).

The Mission of the centre is :

To prevent and reduce both levels and negative impacts of electronically mediated crime and promote learning, knowledge and use of preventative strategies within the United Kingdom and internationally.
